It was fantastic to talk to Tony Og Regan, who took a step back a few years ago to really find out what he wanted out of life. After going to college and qualifying as an accountant, Tony Og knew that there was more to him. He went back to study Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology which combined his love of sport with his passion for helping people. Here is his story.
